Description

Pulaski County is seeking companies authorized to do business in Arkansas and qualified to provide material testing services for capital improvement and maintenance projects. Testing is for concrete, asphalt, and soil, and must be provided accurately and timely on an on-call basis. Test results are due no later than seven days after testing, and the vendor must notify the County of discovered testing-material issues within 24 hours. Personnel must be certified to perform the listed tests; the solicitation says not to include financial, pricing, or cost information with the bid.
