Description

The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas is seeking qualified firms and multidisciplinary professional teams to provide Brownfields Revitalization Planning and Redevelopment Services. The work includes planning, redevelopment, economic, real estate, infrastructure, community engagement, and related services to prepare an actionable Brownfields Area-Wide/Revitalization Plan for the Pine Bluff Downtown Development District. The selected consultant will work with the City, community stakeholders, property owners, downtown businesses, and other interested parties on assessment, cleanup, reuse, redevelopment, investment, and revitalization of targeted brownfields properties and the immediate area.
