Description
The Town of Chatham invites proposals from qualified consultants for facilities asset management and long-term municipal facilities master planning. The selected consultant will develop a comprehensive 20–25-year master plan covering the Town’s major facilities, based on an asset management evaluation. Work includes reviewing prior studies and plans, identifying current and anticipated program requirements, meeting with Town representatives, giving presentations, preparing cost estimates, and establishing capital project priorities. The plan will identify anticipated major capital investments and provide a coordinated framework for future facilities decisions; the maximum contract fee is $100,000.
