The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking turnkey janitorial services for its Fayetteville Service Center. - Government buyer: North Carolina Department of Revenue, State of North Carolina; Procurement and Contract office. - Scope: Weekday cleaning and scheduled maintenance for an approximately 10,307-square-foot facility. The contractor provides labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies. - Scheduled services: Quarterly cleaning of HVAC grills and returns; semiannual dusting and upholstery/closet cleaning; and annual window washing, vent and light-fixture cleaning, carpet cleaning, and hard-floor stripping, buffing, and waxing. - Additional requirement: On request after COVID-19 exposure, disinfect specified office areas within 24 hours using an EPA List N disinfectant; the scope also describes disinfecting twice daily when requested. - OEMs and vendors: No janitorial OEMs, product brands, or prospective service vendors are named. No product part numbers apply. - Contract term: One initial year, with up to two additional one-year renewal options; a further extension may be made with the contractor’s agreement.

The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking bids from qualified, experienced vendors to provide janitorial services at its Fayetteville Service Center. The procurement is an Invitation for Bids, and a mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids are due November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Responses are limited to vendors registered with the State of North Carolina’s Electronic Vendor Portal.
