Description

Ontario Health is inviting expressions of interest from qualified palliative care health service providers for the Clinical Lead, Models of Palliative Care: Pediatrics role. The Clinical Lead will provide strategic clinical leadership and evidence-informed advice to support implementation of the Pediatric Model of Care and advance priorities in the Provincial Framework for Palliative Care. Responsibilities include implementation planning, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, data governance, performance measurement, and integrating equity-informed approaches. The anticipated commitment is 0.5 days per week for a two-year term, with an optional two-year extension.
