The project will address severe creek bank erosion and improve resiliency along Pond Creek within Mayo Park. Work includes excavating unsuitable materials and restoring the creek bank using natural materials such as logs, tree limbs, stone, select fill, and native plantings. Bid Alternate A covers repairs to the storm-damaged seawall on the western shore of the creek. Improvements must meet County and FDOT standards and specifications.
