Description
Mid-America Regional Council Emergency Rescue (MARCER) is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide large-volume member warehousing and pre-hospital supplies for MARCER Active Members, Associate Members, and Program Participants. The contract also includes warehousing arrangements for larger-volume EMS agencies, with equipment held at a designated location until placed on an ambulance and then invoiced. The initial term is two years, with options to renew for three additional one-year periods; orders will be placed as needed, and estimated quantities are not guaranteed. Pricing must be firm for the first year, with no fuel surcharges, and the successful bidder must report sales quarterly and remit a 3% administrative fee to MARCER, excluding shipping costs.
