Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking qualified and experienced plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services on an as-needed basis citywide. Work includes inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems at City-owned facilities and other designated properties, including necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, and disposal. Work is performed only after a City-authorized work order or other written authorization, except for directed emergencies. Proposals are evaluated on the quality, quantity, and best value of services, and the City may negotiate the final scope with the selected firm.
