Framingham State University is seeking a complete replacement public-safety radio communications system for its Police Department. - Buyer: Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Framingham State University; end user and office: Framingham State University Police Department (FSUPD), Framingham, Middlesex County. - OEMs and vendors: No OEM, manufacturer, or vendor is named in the solicitation.
