Description

Union County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Judicial Center Renovation. The selected firm will provide preconstruction and construction phase services in coordination with Union County and its separately contracted architectural and/or engineering design professional. Responding firms are not required to submit price information or work product with their submittal packages. Compliance with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 and N.C.G.S. 143-128.1 is required.
