Description

Amtrak is accepting Letters of Interest for construction services to replace the roof at the B&B/MoW building at its Beech Grove, Indiana maintenance facility. The work includes associated roofing components, including downspout and drainage tie-ins; specifications and drawings will be provided to invited firms. Interested contractors should have commercial or industrial experience, especially near a rail right of way or active train yard, and submit an authorized representative’s contact information and a list of relevant completed projects. Amtrak will use the responses to shortlist contractors for a forthcoming Invitation to Bid, and Letters of Interest are due by 5:00 PM ET on October 16, 2026.
