Description
Multnomah County’s Department of Community Justice seeks proposals for out-of-home placement and program services for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Services are intended to provide alternatives to detention and support transitions from detention to home or another community provider, in a safe and supportive setting using evidence-based and strength-based approaches. The service continuum includes short-term beds of up to 30 days, and the County is currently seeking to fund a total of 1–2 beds, paid per bed per day at a rate negotiated during contracting. Funding is not guaranteed and may fluctuate.
