Stillwater roadway rehabilitation and microsurfacing project

The City of Stillwater is seeking a contractor for its FY 25 Pavement Management Program Task Order 2, a roadway rehabilitation project with an estimated value of $1,565,348.50. - Buyer: City of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Stillwater Utilities Authority; Engineering Department. Description

The City of Stillwater is seeking bids for roadway surface rehabilitation under the Stillwater FY 25 Pavement Management Program Task Order 2, Project #25TR09. Bid items include microsurfacing, asphalt patching, crack sealing, routing, pavement markings, traffic control, and related roadway work. Bids must be submitted electronically through Ionwave by October 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. A bid guarantee of at least 5% of the bid amount is required.
