The City of Waterbury, Department of Education is seeking a contractor to renovate the Boys Locker Room Area at Crosby High School. Work includes demolition, LVT and epoxy flooring installation, ceiling replacement, painting, lighting replacement, ceramic tile restoration, shower modifications, and associated electrical and finish work. The work must be performed professionally while maintaining a safe working environment in an occupied school building. Attendance at the October 13, 2026, prebid meeting is mandatory; late arrivals and non-attendees are not eligible to submit a proposal.
