The City of North Canton seeks proposals for the professional management, operation, administration, maintenance, marketing, and business development of the Arrowhead Golf and Event Center. Proposals may offer a lease and/or management agreement with a minimum five-year term, or a purchase of the facility subject to a deed restriction of at least 10 years to maintain its current amenities and operations. The facility includes a golf course, clubhouse and pro shop, restaurant, event center, swimming pool, poolside bar, and public pickleball courts. Proposals are due November 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM EST.
