Description

The City of Henderson, Kentucky is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the new construction of the H.E.R.O. House. Bids must be submitted to the City’s Finance office or mailed to the listed City address by October 19, 2026, at 1:30 PM prevailing local time, when they will be publicly opened. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and on-site inspection at the H.E.R.O. House on October 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM is required for all potential bidders.
