Services are provided as needed and include water, fire, storm, and natural-disaster response; facility stabilization and restoration; environmental remediation; and insurance and claims support. Contractors must describe the service areas they can cover and maintain 24/7 emergency response capabilities, including an initial telephone response within one hour of notification. The initial contract term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement; an MSA does not guarantee any minimum work or revenue.
