Description

Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests proposals from firms to administer mitigation funds for aquatic habitat or water quality improvement projects in the McKenzie River Basin. The administrator will identify projects, manage their selection, distribute funding to selected projects that qualify for mitigation funds, and report annually on expenditures, activities, and available balances. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the OregonBuys bid site; emailed proposals will not be accepted.
