Description

The City of Penticton is seeking proposals for new digital technology and implementation and support services for a SCADA-integrated Digital Mimic software solution. The solution will replace the City’s paper-based Electrical Mimic board and support manipulating and tracking the electrical distribution system’s status, safely taking out Guarantees of Non-Reclose (GNR) and Guarantees of Isolation (GOI), and carrying out switching procedures. The anticipated go-live date is December 31, 2027, with implementation timing subject to the contract execution date. Submissions must be made through the Penticton Bonfire opportunity.
