Description

The Capital Regional District seeks consulting services to review its Wastewater and Marine Environment Program, which assesses the effects of treated wastewater effluent on the marine environment. The work includes analysis and interpretation of wastewater effluent and receiving-environment parameters and endpoints, following completion of Cycle 3, the first cycle after commissioning of the McLoughlin Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. Anticipated deliverables include human health and ecological risk assessments, a program gap analysis, and recommendations on program scope and data quality assurance and control.
