Description
The Ministry of Forests is seeking proposals to develop prescriptions for operational wildfire fuel-reduction treatments in the Prince George Forest District in support of the Crown Land Wildfire Risk Reduction Program. The work includes reconnaissance to identify and describe fuel-treatment units, followed by field layout and professional assessments for fuel management prescription development. It spans three terms and an estimated 280 hectares: Term 1 focuses on Domano, while Terms 2 and 3 focus on Haldi, Miworth, and Upper Pidherny. All Term 1 services must be delivered by March 31, 2027; additional hectares and terms are subject to Ministry funding and approval.
