Description

The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George is seeking a contractor to assess current asset management practices across all asset-owning services and develop a roadmap to advance its asset management program. The work will identify gaps, foundational requirements, governance considerations, priorities, and a phased implementation plan. The assessment will focus on organizational asset management, governance, processes, systems, and practices rather than detailed reviews of individual assets. It is limited to assets owned by the Regional District unless otherwise identified by the Regional District.
