Description

The Township of Esquimalt is seeking proposals for operation of a transfer station and processing of the yard and garden waste stream. The work includes operating the transfer site, hauling collected material to the processing site, processing it, and disposing of it. Proposals are due by email as a PDF attachment by October 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. An optional site visit may be requested for the yard and garden transfer station at 605 Canteen Road.
