Description
The Fraser Valley Regional District seeks professional services for two interrelated, stand-alone projects under one contract. The contractor will replace FVRD’s 2018 Emergency Preparedness Guide with an accessible four-phase guide aligned with the district’s emergency management plans and priorities. The contractor will also develop, design, and complete the Preparedness, Resiliency, and Emergency Pods Program (PREP), building on the guide and a framework, strategy, and Memorandum of Understanding previously developed by FVRD staff. The integrated deliverables will support mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery and strengthen individual and community preparedness and local capacity.
