Description

The Board is seeking services from a pre-qualified architectural firm for renovations at South Crosby PS. The work includes Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents and tender development, and Construction and Contract Administration. The project aims to improve safety and traffic flow by reconfiguring the bus lane, parent drop-off area, and parking lot, and relocating the kindergarten play area and existing play structures. Design is scheduled to be complete by January 29, 2027, with construction starting April 12, 2027 and substantial completion scheduled for September 17, 2027.
