The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians is seeking a contractor to provide seasonal snow and ice control at the Mtigwaakiis Housing Complex in Charlevoix, Michigan. - Government buyer: Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB); Accounting Department and Housing Department. - Scope: Serve four multifamily apartment buildings and their driveways, entrance, parking lot, walkways, building entries, and the drive and entrance to the well house. - Service requirements: Plow or blow snow when accumulation reaches three inches or more; clear the specified areas and apply salt and/or sand as needed, including when there is no accumulation. Coordinate service timing with LTBB Housing Department. - Site management: Place or remove snow to preserve parking and visibility; haul snow off-site when it obstructs access or sightlines.
