Description

The State of Ohio seeks proposals from one or more contractors to administer medical health benefits for State employees and their dependents, with proposals evaluated by region. The contractor will administer the existing Ohio Med PPO, Ohio Med Select, and Ohio Med HDHP plan designs without exceptions. Claims incurred on or after July 1, 2027 must be administered, and a newly selected contractor must support transition of care and services, verify eligibility, and obtain claims history from prior contractors. This is a double-envelope RFP with separate technical and financial proposals.
