The Town of Three Rivers is seeking a provider to manage its information technology because it has no dedicated in-house IT department. - Government buyer: Town of Three Rivers; no sub-agency or office is identified. - Requested services: Fully managed IT support, including help desk and on-site assistance; systems administration for workstations, networks, firewalls, applicable servers, accounts, licensing, and Microsoft 365; cybersecurity and risk management; backup monitoring and disaster recovery; and technology advice, equipment assessment, planning, and deployment coordination. - OEM/platform: Microsoft is the only named technology OEM or platform.
