Description
Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking proposals to remove and replace the existing Liebert HVAC system serving Cuyamaca College’s main server room and Main Point of Entry (MPOE). The work includes removing and properly disposing of two existing condensers and two fan coils, then furnishing and installing a new Liebert HVAC system with associated piping, supports, and accessories. The completed system must be fully operational and meet manufacturer requirements, applicable codes, and owner standards; work is to be performed during normal business hours. This is a prevailing-wage project, and payment bonds are required.
