Franklin County is requesting bids from qualified general contractors for renovations to two existing county buildings at 8146 and 8148 NC-56 in Louisburg, North Carolina. The work includes interior demolition, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, remodeling, low-voltage, access-control, and related services. Bids must be submitted sealed by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time; email and fax submissions are not accepted. Two non-mandatory pre-bid meetings and site visits are scheduled, and additional site visits are available upon request.
