Description
Boone County is seeking proposals for a subscription-based network monitoring and patch management software solution to support its IT infrastructure. The solution is intended to support monitoring and patch management across the County’s IT environment, including endpoints and network devices. Following initial deployment, the County’s IT Department will handle day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance. Vendor-managed services are not required beyond initial setup, training, and standard technical support.
