Description

Regina Public Library is requesting proposals for a robust, confidential, accessible, and inclusive Employee and Family Assistance Program serving 270 eligible employees and their eligible family members. Services include counselling, crisis support, intake and assessment, referrals, workplace assistance, critical incident and trauma response, account management, communications, and reporting. The program must support users through telephone, virtual, digital, and in-person channels, with 24/7/365 crisis access and up to six counselling sessions per person per episode of care. The proposed agreement is for two years, with up to three optional one-year extensions.
