Management and operation of the Utah Valley Convention Center

Utah County is seeking an experienced firm to manage and operate the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo. - Government buyer: Utah County, Utah County Purchasing. - Opportunity: One comprehensive convention-center management and operation engagement; no products, part numbers, or OEMs are identified. - Facility: The 144,500-gross-square-foot center includes a 20,000-square-foot exhibit hall, 17,000-square-foot ballroom, about 10,000 square feet of breakout meeting space, a 5,500-square-foot rooftop terrace, 32,000 square feet of sellable pre-function space, a full-service kitchen, and support areas. The facility includes 144,500 square feet of gross space, with approximately 52,000 square feet of sellable convention space, as well as exhibit, ballroom, meeting, pre-function, and rooftop terrace areas, a full-service kitchen, offices, and support areas. Proposals are due November 9, 2026, and the County intends for management to begin in January 2028.
