Description
The project involves drilling an exploratory pilot hole and reaming it for construction of a production well using the reverse-rotary drilling method. The well will serve the Orem City drinking water system and is anticipated to have 20-inch-diameter casing and reach approximately 800 feet deep. The attached bidding documents further describe dual-swab development and test pumping of Well #1R using a cable tool rig, with simultaneous swabbing and pumping while recording water levels, flow rate, and sand production. A five percent bid bond is required.
