Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) invites bids for renovation of the brick masonry façades and replacement of windows at Pavillon Hubert-Aquin (A), as the fourth phase of a multi-year building renovation plan. The work includes brick cladding and window replacement, structural lintel reinforcement and window supports, insulation and waterproofing, solar shades, soffit and interior-finish repairs, and related electromechanical, demolition, protection, and cleanup work. Work will take place while nearby building areas remain occupied, requiring safe access, temporary protection, coordination with the Owner, and limits on disruptive work. The estimated contract duration is 12 months; bids are due November 2, 2026, at 13:00 local time, and a bid bond equal to 10% of the bid value is required.
