Société des traversiers du Québec is seeking new deck shot-blasting and dust-collection equipment for ship-repair work. - Buyer: Société des traversiers du Québec; delivery destination is the Atelier de réparation naval at the Port de Québec. - OEM reference: Husqvarna. Bidders may offer equivalent equipment. - Products requested: - One Husqvarna EBE 500 or equivalent electric, manually pushed steel shot blaster. It must have a 450–520 mm working width, at least 26 kW of motor power, a 480 V three-phase, 60 Hz supply requiring at least 60 A, and an operating weight of 500–800 kg. Modular construction must allow transport, work in confined spaces, and a reduced-height setup for low-clearance areas. - One Husqvarna BDC-99 Longopac or equivalent dust collector with automatic pulse cleaning, at least 5.5 kW of power, and compatibility with continuous operation alongside an approximately 500 mm steel shot blaster. It requires a 460 V three-phase, 60 Hz supply. - Included accessories: Dust-collector power cord of at least 50 ft, a 100 ft power extension with compatible connectors, and 300 ft of vacuum hose at least 6 inches in diameter, supplied in 50 ft sections. - Delivery and performance: Deliver the equipment within six weeks after receipt of the purchase order.
