Jackson County Intermediate School District is seeking wireless access points for a district network upgrade. - Government buyer: Jackson County Intermediate School District (Jackson County ISD), Technology Department, Jackson County, Michigan. - Requested equipment: 8 Cisco Systems CW9164I-B wireless access points, or equivalent, with required components, software, licenses, and shipping included. - Licensing: Cisco proposals must include alternate pricing for Cisco DNA Essentials licenses on 5- and 7-year terms. Bidders must state whether licenses are perpetual or renewable and identify applicable licensing terms for equivalent equipment. - Compatibility for equivalents: Address integration with Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center/Meraki management, Cisco Catalyst switches, wireless LAN controllers and access points, Cisco Webex Calling, and RedSky. Identify limitations, required third-party products, and added costs. - Other requirements: Provide equipment availability and lead times. E-Rate bidders must have an active SPIN designation and current Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473. Itemized proposals should include quantities, descriptions, part numbers, and costs; equivalent proposals should include the completed Equivalent Equipment Questionnaire. - Pricing validity: Quoted material prices must remain in effect for the duration of the E-Rate cycle.

Jackson County Intermediate School District is requesting proposals for eight Cisco CW9164I-B wireless access points, including required licenses and components, or equivalent equipment. Proposals for Cisco hardware must include alternate pricing for 5- and 7-year Cisco DNA Essentials licensing terms; equivalent licensing terms should be included for alternate equipment. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN designation and include their SPIN number, and proposals must include the required RFP submittals and equipment lead times.
