Each package contains six individually packaged sets. - OEM and approved sources: Combat Medical Systems, LLC is the T.A.L.O.N. product source (P/N 35-081). Other listed approved sources are Cardinal Health 200, LLC (P/N 651502986), Teleflex, LLC (P/N 9081-VC-006), and Owens & Minor Distribution, Inc. (P/N 1548035081). Owens & Minor is a distributor, not an OEM. - Set contents and requirements: Each set includes a manual IO needle, sternal locator, EZ Connect, quick reference card, and wristband. The FDA-cleared device provides access at seven sites: the sternum, both proximal humeri, and both proximal and distal tibias. It must be sterile, latex-free, and non-pyrogenic; components are stainless steel. - Shelf life and delivery: Shelf life must be 48 months, with no more than seven months elapsed between manufacture and delivery.
