Description

The purpose of this action is to publicize the award of Contract 70T04026C7672N001 to Desko Gmbh to provide the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with Boarding Pass Scanners (BPS) and all associated services and support under the subject Justification and Approval. BPS are a type of transportation security equipment that are used to screen passengers at airport checkpoints.

This Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 and in accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.303-2, the justification for the use of the statutory authority under FAR Subpart 6.302-1 is justified by the following facts and rationale required under FAR 6.303-2. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contract proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure.
