Description
The California Department of Technology, on behalf of the California State Water Resources Control Board, seeks proposals for a cloud-based SaaS solution for the Water Technical Access Portal (WaterTAP). The scope includes solution design, development, and implementation, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services. The configurable enterprise data system is intended to replace legacy systems, connect and integrate existing data sources, streamline access for internal staff and external stakeholders, and support submissions, workflow routing, and compliance decision support. The RFP documents describe a base contract term of three years, with optional extensions that may result in a maximum term of six years.
