The U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force are seeking custom uniform tapes and name tags for personnel at JBSA-Lackland. - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force, including the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force; 502nd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland, Texas. The attachment identifies office 502 LRS/LGRMSI. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, manufacturers, or vendors are named in the available materials. - Products and quantities per recipient: - 4 USAF or USSF OCP cloth branch nametapes. - 5 OCP cloth last-name nametapes. - 2 blue plastic name tags, each 3 1/4 inches by 5/8 inches. - Estimated recipient population: Approximately 43,350 basic trainees and prior-service members; the materials do not provide total item quantities. - Notable specifications and requirements: OCP tape color is spice brown; Space Force lettering is Space Blue Cable No. 67207. Specifications for the tapes and tags are referenced in Exhibits 1 and 2. Rosters are provided weekly or as needed, with delivery required within 10 duty days of receiving a roster. Defective or misspelled items must be corrected and delivered within five duty days of notification. The contractor is responsible for providing the personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other resources needed to fabricate the items. Vendors unable to supply both product types may identify which type they can provide.
