Prequalification for Water and Wastewater Utility Repair and Replacement

Description

Carroll County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in bidding on a term contract for as-needed repair and/or replacement of water and wastewater utility system components. The work will provide labor, materials, and equipment and include normal workday services and after-hours emergency services. The County will review submissions to assess each firm's minimum qualifications, experience, and capabilities; the Invitation for Bid will be advertised separately. Required SOQ materials include a company profile, qualifications of key staff and the assigned foreman, at least three similar projects completed within the past five years with references, and a Maryland Certificate of Good Standing.
