Description
The USDA SBIR/STTR Phase II programs provide grant funding for continued research and development by prior SBIR/STTR Phase I recipients, with the goal of advancing innovations toward commercialization. The programs support scientific excellence and technological innovation, strengthen small businesses’ role in federal research and development, and increase commercial application of federally supported research. STTR projects are intended to foster cooperative partnerships between small businesses and research institutions.
