The Los Angeles County Development Authority is seeking a consultant to prepare its consolidated plan.
Description
LACDA is requesting proposals for consolidated plan consulting services, including furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing work necessary and incidental to the Statement of Work and contract documents. Experience preparing consolidated plans for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) urban county grantees is a listed requirement. The contract term is one year, with up to two optional one-year extensions, subject to satisfactory services and available funds. Proposals must be submitted through the LACDA Procurement System, and awarded proposers must execute the standard LACDA contract.
