Description

East Bay Municipal Utility District is seeking pre-design services for rehabilitation and upgrades to the Moraga Raw Water Pumping Plant. The work includes evaluating voltage-drop and motor-starting issues, assessing existing electrical and mechanical equipment, and developing recommended solutions and design criteria to improve reliability, operability, and maintainability.
