Description
The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting sealed bids for amphitheater improvements at the Community Arts Center. Work includes site clearing, grading and earthwork; construction of seating terraces, seat walls, an expanded stage area, sidewalks and other concrete work; wall coating and metal repainting; lighting and electrical work; turf restoration; and site amenities shown in the plans. Construction must start no later than November 2, 2026, and be completed within 180 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Contract documents and plans are available for a nonrefundable $15 fee.
