Description
The City of Bismarck is accepting sealed Single Prime bids for the Water Treatment Sludge Plant Reroof Project. Work includes removing and replacing existing low-slope roofing systems in four roof areas, with base bids for Areas A and D and alternates for Areas B and C. The work also includes verifying and providing supplemental topside sealing of concrete roof deck joints; underside deck joint sealing is provided by the Owner under a separate agreement and is not part of this contract. Bids are due October 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT, and the work must be substantially complete by June 30, 2027.
