UQAM is soliciting bids for masonry façade renovation and window replacement at the Hubert-Aquin Pavilion (A) in Montréal. The fourth phase of a multi-year renovation plan covers the third-floor façade facing rue St-Denis and the first through fourth floors on the interior-courtyard side. Work includes brick cladding and lintel work, aluminum window replacement, insulation and waterproofing, solar shades, interior repairs and painting, and related electromechanical and site work. The building will remain occupied during construction, so the contractor must minimize disruption, maintain safe access, and coordinate work and service interruptions with the owner.
