Description

The Alabama Port Authority is requesting proposals from qualified providers to design and deliver the Academic Development component of its 18-month Port Development Program. The work includes planning and delivering a six-class leadership curriculum for approximately three to four participants, covering topics from self-leadership through organizational leadership and tailored to the Port’s environment. The series should emphasize practical application, discussion, skills practice, and feedback rather than lecture-based or virtual training. The anticipated program start is January 2027, and the Authority intends to award a firm fixed-price contract.
