Description

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for amphitheater improvements at the Community Arts Center. Work includes site clearing, grading and earthwork, seating terraces with cast-in-place seat walls, stage-area expansion and repairs, concrete sidewalks and flatwork, wall coatings, metal repainting, lighting and electrical work, sod, turf restoration, and other site amenities. Construction must start no later than November 2, 2026, and be completed within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bids are due October 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; bid documents are available for a nonrefundable fee of $15.
